Ran on mini tramp for 30 minutes. 55 each front & side crunches. 10 pushups.
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
1 slice wheat toast
Lunch:
Turkey sandwich on a wheat roll w/ sprouts
Carrot & celery sticks
1 orange
Snack:
Mixed nuts
Fruit energy squares (Good Earth)
Raspberry Leaf tea (I tastes so good on a bitter cold day)
Dinner:
Chicken soup (I feel a cold coming on)
Wheat crackers
Tortilla chips & mango salsa
Snack:
Candy bar (one of the ones I got at Good Earth just before Christmas)
Slice of watermelon
The candy bar tasted real good, but is not sitting right in my stomach. I prefer the watermelon much more. I did really enjoy the ice cream I had last night. I have always been an ice cream lover and this is a good substitute, but one that I should not have too often, as it still can make me gain weight and break my pocket book. I had the sniffles and a cough all afternoon. I felt better after eating a bowl of hot chicken soup, and taking the "anti plaque" formula. I am also loading up on Echinacea.
