Ran on mini tramp for 30 minutes. Ab crunches, 60 front and each side. 12 pushups. Arm strengthening.

1 slice whole wheat toast

1/2 orange
Mixed nuts
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
1 whole wheat roll
Dinner:
Spaghetti w/ wheat noodles
Lettuce salad
1 slice whole wheat toast
Snack:
Other 1/2 of orange from this morning
I am feeling hungry tonight even though I ate a large dinner. I'm pretty sure it is because i haven't drank enough water today. I went shopping some after Christmas sales and spent way too long in the stores and didn't take my water in with me. Tonight I am bushed. I didn't sleep too well last night. I watched "I Am Legend" which was too intense of a movie for me to watch just before bedtime, and I kept thinking about the night people. So between lack of sleep and too much shopping I am ready for bed.
