Jogged on mini tramp for 30 minutes. Ab crunches and arm strengthening exercises,

Blueberries and granola in yogurt
Lunch:
Lettuce salad (same as yesterday)
Oatbran muffin
Grapes
Snack:
1 orange
Dinner:
Lettuce salad w/fresh and mandarin orange slices (very good)
Ham
Funeral potatoes (small serving)
Yams
Shrimp salsa w/tortilla chips (quite good)
Grandma invited us to her Christmas party at the care center. They served a delicious dinner and had a raffle. We had a good time visiting. I was worried (as I always am) that there would not be much healthy to eat, but they actually had quite a bit. I was pleasantly surprised. My favorite item on the menu was the yams, they had nuts in them. YUMMY!!!
