Ran on mini tramp for 30 minutes. 55 ab crunches, 55 side crunches each, arm strengthening, 10 pushups (these are the hardest exercise I can think of).
Breakfast:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt
Dennis went swimming this morning since he is off work for the next two weeks, so I didn't get a smoothie (mine just don't taste as good so I didn't even try).
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Tortilla chips and Guacamole (I love Guacamole)
Orange
Dinner:
Sliced Turkey breast
Steamed broccoli
1 piece leftover healthy corn bread
