Jogged on mini tramp for 30 minutes. Stretched, crunches and chest strengthening for 15 minutes.

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Peanut butter & honey sandwich on bran bread
1 Tangarine
Dinner:
Wild Rice
Baked chicken breast
Steamed broccoli
Snack:
2 Energy squares
We went to the BYU Stake leadership Christmas party. They met at a church for doughnuts and hot chocolate (they didn't look good at all), had a short program then went to "The Christmas Carol" at the Hale Center Theater. I ate the two energy bars in the car between the church and the theater.
