Two days (technically 1.5 days) until Christmas. I am excited for it to finally be here.
Ran on mini tramp for 25 minutes. 55 front and side crunches. Butt exercises.
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
1 slice wheat toast
Lunch:
Turkey sandwich w/sprouts
1/2 avocado
Carrot sticks
Snack:
Red grapes
Mixed nuts
Dinner:
Leftover chicken fajitas
Watermelon
I went to Good Earth today to get some Stocking Stuffers. Some healthy treats that are allowed on my eating plan. I got 2 candy bars, some non dairy ice cream and a chocolate nut covered ice cream bar (this I got to eat at our family party tomorrow night while everyone else enjoys their dessert). I am so glad that we have had quite a bit less sweets come into our house this year. Some of them I have hidden out of sight in the cupboard to give the grandkids when they come to visit. Others I have given to Dennis to eat.
