Day 92 - Tuesday, Dec 9

The last two days have flown by like a whirlwind. I won't even go back and try to remember what I have eaten, although it has been healthy. No exercise today as I wanted to sleep in. Two late nights in a row are too much for me and I know from experience that when my body gets wore down I tend to get sick and I don't want that.

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
1 slice whole wheat toast
(I ran out of muffins - time to bake again)

Snack:
Handful of mixed nuts
Red grapes

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Chicken soup
Wheat crackers
1 orange

Dinner:
Chicken stirfry (a frozen leftover from a month ago )
Melon
(I had grown some melons that are supposed to keep quite a long time. I have only saved two, the rest we ate earlier this fall. It was very tasty.
