Jogged on mini tramp for 30 minutes. Crunches and pushups (9 today)
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
1 slice wheat bread
Lunch:
Chicken breast
Wild rice
squash
Dinner:
Lettuce salad
Roast beef
Mashed potatoes (no gravy)
Cooked carrots
We went to our ward Christmas party tonight and had a lovely dinner. I had a whole plate of salad with a little potatoes and roast beef. I didn't eat the cheese cake.
I came home and had 2 oranges and a handful of nuts and it tasted so good.
