Ran of mini tramp for 30 minutes. Butt exercises, 50 crunches and 50 side crunches.
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
2 slices of wheat bread
Due to sleeping in, having a late breakfast and shopping all afternoon I only snacked during normal lunchtime hours.
Mixed nuts
Red grapes
Dinner:
Leftover meatloaf
Leftover cornbread
Lettuce salad
For some unknown reason I am feeling blue tonight. Don't even know why. I had a good day today, finished up most of my shopping, got most all the presents wrapped. I'm ready for our party tomorrow night. Watched a good movie on TV. Better snap out of it because it it CHRISTMAS!
