Day 99 - Tuesday, Dec 16

Jogged on mini tramp for 30 minutes. Abs and butt exercises.

Breakfast:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt

Snack:
Cherries

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Parmesan and Sun dried tomato Rice chips
Grapes

I had the best salad today. I just added bean and regular sprouts (that I sprouted here at home), green peas (leftover from dinner a few nights ago), some leftover chicken from last night, shredded carrots, and pomegranates. Topped with ranch dressing and pecans. It was delicious.

Dinner:
Healthy pasta w/ homemade marinara sauce
Brussel sprouts
Sliced cucumber
Carrot sticks
