Jogged on mini tramp for 30 minutes. 15 minutes of stretching, ab workout and arm strengthening.

Handful of mixed nuts
5 dates
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Tortilla chips w/ Mango salsa
Watermelon
Dinner:
Homemade chicken soup
Wheat crackers
1 banana
Snack:
2 Pumpkin cookies
Today was my moms birthday and we went to wish her a happy one. Two of my sisters were there and each of us had one of our daughters and their kids there as well. It was so nice to all be together and try to hear each other over all the chatter. Of course you can't have a birthday party without cake and ice cream, and my sisters each made a cake and mom had ice cream. They thought they wouldn't bother me to make a cake as I am on a diet. That was very sweet of them to think that, but it wouldn't have bothered me to make one. Anyway, I ate my cookies and they all had cake and ice cream. I am still amazed that I don't crave the sweets that others are eating. I am just satisfied and don't feel the burning desire that I once did. I am so thankful for that.
My neck has been really bugging me today, and I have been fuzzy/dizzy headed all afternoon. I think it is related to the new chair I have at work and the new set up in the new office. I feel like someone is pushing down on the top of my head and scrunching up my neck. I am glad I have a chiropractor appointment tomorrow. I would be ever so grateful if someone could help me get rid of the constant ringing in my ears. Today it has been louder that usual.
