Day 101 - Thursday, Dec 18

Today was my birthday. It started out just perfect with beautiful white SNOW!!! My family came to celebrate it with me throughout the day and we are going out with some dear friends this evening. Dennis said I should have slept in, but I just couldn't. I had way too much I wanted to do today. Besides, I look forward to exercising every day - it also makes me feel so much better during the day when I do.

I decided that as my gift to myself I would clear out the clothes that have gotten to big for me and replace them with some that I have had stored in the basement for years that now fit me. It was such a great feeling. Now I have clothes that fit again. My next goal is to make them not fit anymore and get to the next stack of clothes waiting for me. Eventually I hope to have to buy a whole new wardrobe. WHAT FUN THAT WOULD BE!!!

Run on mini tramp for 30 minutes. 50 crunches and 50 side crunches on each side. Butt exercises. My buttocks have been so sore the last two days. Those exercises really do work.

Breakfast:
Green smoothie (Dennis made it for me and it was delicious)
Oatbread toast

Snack:
Watermelon
I served cookies and ice cream to my company and I got the yummy watermelon.

Late Lunch/Early Dinner:
Chicken salad at Costa Vida

Snack:
Healthy brownie (the ones I made months ago and put in the freezer)
Raspberry leaf Tea

Late evening snack:
Raw veggies
Shrimp
Steak
Cheese & Crackers
