Day 107 - Wednesday, Dec 24

Run on mini tramp for 30 minutes. 55 each front and side crunches. 10 pushups.

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
1 slice wheat toast

Lunch:
Soup (brrr, I was freezing and needed something to warm me up)
Wheat crackers
1 orange

Snack:
Panda licorice

Dinner:
Ham
Funeral potatoes
Squash
Carrot & celery sticks
Wheat roll

Christmas Eve Dinner


Snack:
Nut & Chocolate covered Ice cream bar
Everyone else had cake and ice cream and I had the ice cream bar I bought at Good Earth. It was ok, but not worth the money. I would rather have had a slice of watermelon.
