Ran on mini tramp for 30 minutes. 50 crunches & 50 side crunches each side. 10 pushups. Arm strengthening.
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Cracked wheat cereal
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Tortilla chips & Mango Salsa
Orange
Snack:
Handful of mixed nuts
Dinner:
Meatloaf
Healthy cornbread (wheat flour, cornmeal, soy milk, sucanat sugar) It was delicious and the moistest corn bread I have ever made)
Steamed broccoli
Snack:
Cherries
Watermelon
I have cookies sitting on my countertop ready to put in neighbor baskets and out of habit I just want to reach in and grab one. I just catch myself in time to not do it. I am not really craving one, it is just habit to do it because it is sitting there. That is why it is so dangerous to have "unhealthy" food just sitting around. I have been experiencing feelings to want to eat more. I know I have not been drinking enough water and that is the reason I feel this way. I definitely need to drink lots more. Our bodies usually manifest thirst as hunger symptoms. I am glad that I have finally learned that and can recognize it and drink more, instead of eat more.
