Jogged on mini tramp for 30 minutes. Crunches, 9 pushups and arm strengthening. I have been picking up the pace of my jog and lifting my knees higher towards the end of my workout and I really worked up a good sweat today. It sure feels good afterwards.
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
1 slice wheat bread
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Tortilla chips 7 Mango salsa
Snack:
Red gold - well it seemed like it for the price, but I actually saw some fresh cherries at Costco and decided that I haven't had any for a year and a half so I splurged. Who would have thought you could get cherries in the middle of winter? Thank you Mexico.
Dinner:
Baked chicken breast
Baked sweet potato
Steamed broccoli
Snack:
Panda licorice
