I had Dennis take some pictures of me doing some of the exercises. Sorry they are sort of blurry, my camera is not hi-tech like Dennis'.
This is my routine:
55 front kicks (lean backward and kick legs out in front
55 back kicks (picture - but not such a good picture - A video would be better)
55 side to side (every bounce 1 leg goes out to side - alternating legs)
55 high knees (picture - sorry it is not so good)
55 side to side (legs together and jump side to side - think football exercises)
35 each arm exercise (there are 5 of these)
25 ab (sit on cellerciser and raise feet about 2-3 feet off ground)
20 leg raises - each leg (down while sitting on cellerciser)
25 buttocks (while sitting, bounce from side to side pulling arms down opposite side of bounce) this one is extremely hard.
Then 3-5 minutes of running in place or whatever else I feel like doing to keep up a good sweat.
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Almond poppyseed oatbran muffin
Post Breakfast:
Carrot juice
Lunch:
I wasn't feeling like salad today. I was craving a sandwich and the only meat in the house was leftover roast beef.
Roast beef on wheat bread with lettuce and orange bell pepper
Cucumber chips
Nectarine
Snack:
Raspberry leaf tea
Mixed nuts
Handful of granola
Dinner:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt
We went to the Provo Temple tonight with The BYU 12th stake leadership in preparation for this weekends Stake Conference. We left at 5:45 and got home at
10:00. They had reserved a room for 7:00, but (for the first time in President Hatch's history) there were too many people to fit in the room, so some of us had to go into another session. It started 30 minutes later. All is cool though. We really enjoyed it. I came down with a cold tonight, it just started before we left and so I didn't fee like eating much, and Dennis wasn't hungry, so we went to the temple without eating any dinner. When we got home all I felt like was a snack really, so thus the blueberries, granola and yogurt.
