Day 151 - Friday, Feb 6

Exercise: New ab exercises (still very hard), but they are working, I can really feel it. Arm & shoulder strength training. 12 push ups (I wonder if I will ever be able to strengthen my pecs, they have always been my weakest muscle). Run on mini tramp for 30 minutes.

Breakfast:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt

Dennis slept in today and so he did not make a smoothie and I did not want to wake him up by running the blender.

Snack:
Mixed nuts
Cherries

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Almond, poppyseed, whole wheat, oatbran muffin

Snack:
Orange

Dinner:
1 homemade taco on wheat tortilla
extra lean ground beef
black & pinto beans
onions & red bell peppers
Grated cheese
Romaine lettuce

Snack:
Mixed nuts
Cherries
