Lettuce salad
Tortilla chips & Mango salsa
Dinner:
Trout
Butternut Squash
Peas
2 fresh pineapple spears
Snack:
Blueberries & granola in yogurt
Everywhere I went today there were treats. On days like this I find it still hard to resist. I know that they are not good for me, but that doesn't keep me from sometimes feeling like I am being deprived. I am glad that today I could resist. I came home and decided to have a healthy snack with the blueberries, granola and yogurt. It tastes so good and curbs that sweet tooth I still seem to have.
