Day 166 - Saturday, Feb 21

Cellercised for 25 minutes. It is hard, and I get more sweaty than I ever have doing any other form of exercise, but I love it.

Pre Breakfast:
1 glass fresh carrot/apple juice

Breakfast:
Green smoothie (pulled from the freezer, I am almost out of frozen, so I hope Dennis starts making them again).
Carrot, squash, applesauce, oatbran muffin

Post Breakfast:
Raspberry leaf tea (Alisha and Amanda are both sick and both have been to our house in the last two days, so I am staying ahead of any sick germs). There is something very comforting in drinking a nice very warm tea on a cold morning. (For all of you worriers out there - we only drink herbal teas which do not have caffeine)

Lunch:
Spinach quiche
1 orange slice
5 red grapes
I went to our Stake Enrichment activity today and this is what the served for lunch. I did not eat the white roll or mint brownie. I should not have eaten the quiche either because it had bacon (bad for cholesterol) and a white flour crust, but I was hungry, so I ate as healthy as I could under the circumstances. I figure that is better than starving.

Snack:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt

Dinner:
PF Changs
Lettuce wraps
Almond & cashew chicken (I did not care for this)
Sesame chicken ( this was very good)
Brown rice (I had two bites, all it was was white rice with soy sauce or something on it to turn it brown. It was so tasteless). I brought home the leftover Almond and Cashew chicken and when I eat it again, I will probably eat it over wild rice. I was amazed how flavorless the white rice is now compared to the wild rice.

I have been so sleepy today. Don't know if it is because I might be coming down with something (2 sick daughters at my house the past few days) or what. But I can hardly keep my eyes open.

Snack:
Popcorn
Fresh squeezed grapefruit/orange juice
