75 crunches, 40 crunches each side, leg lifts, bicycle kicks, 12 situps

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Carrot, squash, applesauce, oatbran muffin

Snack:
1/2 orange
Mixed nuts

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Tortilla chips & Mango salsa

Dinner:
Homemade tacos on corn tortillas
2 Sliced cucumbers
Sweet potato fries

I got the cellerciser today. I get to use it for the first time tomorrow and I am way excited.
