Exercise: 70 crunches, 50 each side, leg raises and bicycle for lower abs. Leg strengthening. Run on mini tramp for 30 minutes.

I slept in until 7:00 and then exercised, showered and got ready for the day, therefore we had a late breakfast. We went to the Draper Temple open house at 1:30 with Amanda and her kids, Alisha, Randy and their boys, and Randy's parents, grandma, and sisters and brother in law. After wards we came back to our house and had roll & lunch meat sandwiches, veggie tray, jello salad, soda, potato chips.
This morning before the Temple openhouse, Dennis & I listened to "A Healthier You" radio show on 1400 am at 9:00. They had a special guest speaker on who talked about the "cellerciser" which is the Cadillac of mini trampolines. It is supposed to be the very best on the market and be the best form of exercise there is. We went to a demonstration he was having in Springville and were very impressed. I ordered one, but have to wait for it to be shipped to me. I can't wait to use it. One neat thing about it is it folds up and can be taken with you when you travel. Also I can do all my exercises in 10 - 20 minutes and I will get a better workout than I currently am getting.
