Day 147 - Monday, Feb 2

Exercise: I upped all my exercising. 80 situps, 50 side crunches, 3 sets of 25 biceps, triceps and shoulders. Ran 30 minutes on mini tramp, varied my workout with fast and not so fast, and high knees.

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Carrot/squash/applesauce/oatbran muffin


Snack:
Mixed nuts
1 orange

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Tortilla chips w/ mango salsa
Cherries


Dinner:
Cod Fish
Wild rice
Zucchini & Onions
Sliced cucumbers
