Day 168 - Monday, Feb 23

Cellercised for 25 minutes. Still lovin' it!

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Almond poppyseed whole wheat muffin

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Tortilla chips w/ homemade guacamole

Snack:
1 orange

Dinner:
Almond & Cashew chicken (leftover from P.F. Changs) which I added more veggies, and some orange juice and peel.
Sliced cucumbers
1 peanut butter & honey sandwich


I feel so, so much better today. My body doesn't ache, I don't cough every time I take a deep breath, and I didn't need to take a nap. I did chill on the couch and watch a chic flic. I rarely do that and it was lots of fun.
