Breakfast:
Green smoothie (frozen from earlier this week)
Carrot, squash, appleasauce, oatbran muffin
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Tortilla chips & homemade guacamole
Dinner:
Sweet n sour chicken
Wild rice
Sweet meat squash
Dessert:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt
I'm glad that for now Sunday's are pretty laid back. I love, love, love church at 1:00. I can sleep in, take my time getting ready, read the newspaper, Church News, Ensign, whatever else I feel so inclined (as long as it is spiritually uplifting), work on my calling, etc. When I get home, it is time for dinner and usually a relaxing evening.
