Cellercise for 20 minutes. It is great and I feel so good.
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Almond poppy seed, wheat, oatbran muffin
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
2 slices 100% whole wheat banana bread
1 orange
Dinner:
High Priest Social
spinach,mandarin orange salad
Little samples of several different casseroles
1 wheat roll
The soft serve ice cream did look yummy, but I did not have any dessert. I did go back for 2nds on some of the casseroles, I shouldn't have as I had plenty to eat, but felt justified because I didn't eat dessert. How lame was that. Now I feel that I ate too much.
