Cellercised for 30 minutes today.

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Carrot, squash, apple sauce, oatbran muffin

Snack:
1 orange
Mixed nuts

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
2 slices whole wheat banana bread

Snack:
Nectarine

Dinner:
Turkey sandwich (with romaine, orange bell pepper, tomato)
1/2 cucumber
