We walked for 30 minutes today. I have been trying to push the pace just a little bit (hope you don't mind Kellie) and since we always start and stop in the same place the only way I can tell we are improving is that we have cut off about 4 minutes. Another few weeks and I think I will feel well enough to start adding in some running (Kellie, are you up to it?) I tried to run home yesterday and couldn't do it without it hurting, and I don't want to re injure myself now that I am starting to heal.

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Multi grain chips w/ mango salsa

Dinner:
Taco (sprouted wheat tortilla, 90% lean ground beef, veggies, cheese)
1/2 small honeydew
1 nectarine (I ate this while I was cooking dinner)
I was really surprised that the sprouted wheat tortilla tasted so good, I was a bit leery as most wheat things are different tasting.

I'm up for the running! Let's try it when you're up for it. I've been jogging home when we stop and - so far so good!
