Today was Sunday. I am grateful for Sundays because I get to sleep in. I don't worry about getting any exercise and am glad for a restful day. Being's it was also Fast Sunday, I had no breakfast nor lunch. I have read that studies now show that fasting in very beneficial to our bodies. That is about the only thing I have done right for my body all these past years.

Dinner:
Wild rice w/chopped bell pepper, onions, water chestnuts, and celery all fried in a pan (in olive oil) and topped with melted swiss cheese. It tasted soooo yummy!!!
Sliced tomato
Banana squash
It was a very satisfying meal and very yummy. Oh, how I will fresh tomatoes!
