I woke up quite sore this morning and still exercised. I jumped on the mini tramp this morning for 25 minutes. I don't like to walk outside in the dark alone, so this is my alternative. It is good exercise. I love to turn on tivo and watch home redecorating shows, makes the time go by so fast.
I had to scale back from my normal Thursday off routine because it is too painful to sweep, bend over and scrub toilets, etc. I did have to do laundry. It was pretty comical. I still don't have a dryer so I still have to hang clothes on the line. I took the clothes out of the washer, put them in a basket on the floor, scooted it across the kitchen floor with my foot, to the porch in the garage. With my good arm I propped the basked against my good side and slid it into a fabric style wheelbarrow and wheeled it outside. As long as I didn't have to lift my right arm above my head I could hang things ok, which worked out good as my clothes line are starting to sag. Then this afternoon Amanda came and helped me cut apples to put in the freezer for smoothies this winter. I washed them, she cut them, and I stuck them in baggies. I couldn't have done it without her help.
I am amazed that still I have not had any cravings or withdrawals, and I feel full. If I do get hungry I just grab a piece of fruit, but that has rarely happened. My prayers are being answered.
