I was feeling a little better this morning. It still hurt to walk some, mostly the breathing., but I always feel more invigorated after the walk. I am looking forward to pushing the speed up and doing some weight lifting, but that is all going to have to wait for a time. I even felt better at work. At lunch I got full before finishing my salad, that's a first. After work I ran some errands I haven't felt up to doing the past several days. I even felt good when I got home, but then all of a sudden, I don't know what I did, but all of a sudden the pain is very intense. All I want to do is lay on the couch a watch TV and that is so not me. I was tempted for a small moment to have a pizza tonight. That is on my no no list right now, but that is what I was thinking of, comfort food I guess. But it meant walking out to the freezer, lifting the heavy lid and then bending over at the oven. That was a great deterrent. Much easier to pull a leftover from the inside freezer, no bending.
Walked 34 minutes today. I need to understand all the stuff the GPS watch puts outs. None of it makes any sense to me. I have always let Dennis and the kids worry about that kind of stuff. You know, why put more into the brain that it really needs to know. So know I want to know and it doesn't make any sense to me.
Breakfast:
Hot Oatmeal w/ thawed frozen blueberries, agave (sweetener), vanilla soymilk, walnuts
1 slice wheat toast w/ butter
Snack:
3 plums
Lunch:
Lettuce salad (romaine, spring lettuce mix, carrots, broccoli, turkey chunks, grated boiled egg)
Sliced tomato
Oatbran muffin
Snack:
1 pear
Dinner:
Leftover spaghetti (from last week, Dennis is gone tonight so no fixing dinner - YAH!!!)
Steamed broccoli
1 avocado
