I felt much better this morning than I have yet since being so clumsy and falling. I even tried to push the pace just a little on the last lap. I feel like a good massage would be so helpful.
Walking: 35 minutes
Breakfast:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt
Snack:
3 Pottawatomie Plums
small handful of mixed nuts
Lunch:
Lettuce Salad
Multi grain tortilla chips with mango salsa and guacamole
Dinner:
Whole wheat, oat bran pancakes
Homemade peach topping (chopped peaches, some pureed, 1 small pear simmered w/ agave)
