Day 16

Walked: 30 minutes

Breakfast:
Green smoothie (pomegranate, banana, blueberries, apple juice, spinach)
Macaroon Muffin

Snack:
handful of mixed nuts
2 plums

Lunch:
Peanut butter & honey sandwich on wheat bread
cut veggies (celery, carrots, cauliflower)
2 slices casaba melon

Dinner:
Halibut
Wild Rice mix
Cauliflower
tomato
