Day 22

Walked today for 35 minutes.

Breakfast:
Green smoothie (I don't know what is in it - Dennis made it before I got home & I just added the spinach)
Macaroon Muffin

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Multi grain tortilla chips w/ mango salsa

Dinner:
Turkey
Mashed potatoes (small amount of gravy)
Frozen corn
Tomato

I really like eating on a small plate. It helps me remember to eat smaller portions. I had to make room in the freezer for all the fruit so I took out a small turkey a week ago and had been letting it thaw out in our spare fridge. The house smelled so good today while it was cooking. So for the first time in 22 days I had seconds. Not a lot, but it just tasted so good. Can you blame me after smelling that delicious all afternoon. I can tell that I am loosing weight, but I won't get on the scales until a month has passed. In the past when I have gotten on the scales if I hadn't lost anything or heaven forbid I gained, I got so discouraged I quit right then and there. So I am determined to only weigh myself once a month. I love how my pants are not so tight anymore. It is a great feeling.
