I exercised today. Totally. I exercised my buttocks for 6 hours on the 4 wheeler. That counts doesn't it? We went 4 wheeling up our favorite canyon to see the fall colors. We were not disappointed at all. It was amazing. It was so cool to pull out the hot apple juice at the top of a beautiful mountain in the crisp air and drink. Apples and fall go hand in hand don't they? We got home just barely in time for me to shower and do the hair to go with Amanda and Alisha to Womens Conference at Amanda's stake. They had the potato bar and lettuce salad. I am not a fan of iceberg lettuce, but it was still healthy. The wheat and bean chili was really good. They were showing us what can be made out of our food storage. I know I did not get enough water to drink today and I am so thirsty tonight. I resisted the dessert table and didn't feel deprived at all.
Breakfast:
Green smoothie (leftover from earlier this week)
Corn, bran, blueberry muffin
Snack:
Warm apple juice (made fresh from our apple tree yesterday)
Lunch:
Ham sandwich on wheat bread
carrot and celery sticks
tomato
Pears
Snack:
Apple
Dinner:
Baked potato with broccoli and cheese topping on 1/2 and bean and wheat chili on the other 1/2
Lettuce salad (with iceberg lettuce - not very tasty)
Snack:
healthy granola bar (from Costco)
