Dinner:
Break the Fast at BYU with Dennis' ward.
I had little bits of several dishes, but dang everything had meat in it. So I took just little bits.
Spinach salad
Peach cobbler (I made this so I could have something to eat) - it was very good.
Snack:
Orange
I got on the scales today, I would normally do it on the first day of the new month, but April 1st falls on a weekday and weekdays are much busier. I have lost another 5 lbs. I have also lost 1/2 inch most all around. I like this slower loosing pace. I am noticing more and more all the sagging skin, and WRINKLES!?! The cellercising is supposed to help, so time will tell. But I do feel GREAT and love eating healthy.
