Breakfast:
Bowl of mixed fresh fruit
1 slice wheat toast
Snack:
Mixed nuts
1 glass orange juice (freshly squeezed yesterday)
Carrot and celery sticks
Dinner:
Taco salad
1 slice watermelon
Snack:
1 orange
Organic flax plus granola bar
I have had a headache ever since church. I got worse as the afternoon wore on so I finally took a Tylenol. I don't know what brought it on. I have been pretty tired today, and my jaw hurts (near the ear where the lower and upper jaw connect). I wonder if all these problems could be from not jumping on the cellerciser and/or eating a green smoothie today. Also I have not drank near the water I do on other days. It is just harder to get that much water when I am visiting teaching, in meetings and attending church. I look forward to tomorrow being a much better day.
