Cellercised for 20 minutes. I can tell it is going to take time to get back up to full speed. I feel like I am only operating at 60%. At least I feel like I am on the uphill swing, it just feels like a big hill.
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Carrot oatbran muffin (new ones made yesterday, so moist and YUMMY!!!
The muffins recipe was for pumpkin muffins, but I had carrot/apple pulp left over from juicing yesterday morning, so I opted to use it instead. They turned out so good!
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Tortilla chips and homemade guacamole
Nectarine
2 slices whole wheat banana bread
Dinner:
Leftover enchiladas
Iceberg Lettuce
2 fresh pineapple spears
1 orange
I was too drained tonight after watching Amanda's kids all day (and not feeling all that well), so it was a leftover night. Warmed up a plate, turned on the Tivo and watched a movie. What a great way to spend the evening.
