Cellercised for 20 minutes. Another full exercise routine. Boy is it hard, but sure feels good.
Pre Breakfast:
2 cups Carrot/apple juice
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Carrot oatbran muffin
Lunch:
Taco salad
Dish of sliced strawberries sweetened with Agave
Dinner:
Tuna salad sandwich
Carrot & celery sticks, cauliflower w/ dip
Orange juice (fresh squeezed yesterday)
Snack:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt
It was such a nice day that I spent the whole afternoon in the yard. First I turned over one of the garden beds and planted 1/2 the peas, and some carrots, green onions, radishes and lettuce. Next I cleaned up from Dennis & Steve putting up the new chain link around the RV pad they poured last fall. Lastly, I pruned part of the grapes and raked up all the leaves and junk that blows in around their bases. The yard is slowly coming together. I felt so nice to be outdoors and active. I hope this nice weather sticks around for a long time.
