Day 175 - Monday, March 2

Cellercised - 15 minutes. I didn't have the energy to do a full routine, so I did a little more than half of each exercise. It dawned on me today, that every time I jump on the cellerciser my coughing is more productive. Instead of just coughing, I actually cough phlegm up from my lungs. It has been that way all week, except for yesterday (which I did not jump).

I feel a tiny bit better today. Every time I am sitting for a few minutes I have the vaporizer near. It makes my chest feel better to breathe in the warm steam. As long as I keep going and don't stop to think - I seem to have enough energy.

Pre Breakfast:
1 1/2 cups carrot/apple juice

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Almond Poppyseed oatbran muffin

Snack:
Nectarine
Mixed nuts

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Tortilla chips & Mango salsa

Snack:
Popcorn
Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice

Dinner:
Dennis' Homemade Enchiladas
Fruit salad
White flour pasta noodles (two bites)
1 slice Sushi

We had another group of BYU students over for FHE (a different group each month from Dennis' BYU ward) and they did international dinner. As far as my diet goes, this was not a good meal at all. The food all tasted good (except the Sushi - it was too fishy for my taste). Dennis enchiladas had ground beef which is pretty much a no no unless it is 95% lean, and this was only 73% lean, plus all the oil the corn tortillas are cooked in, and then all the cheese. I had two bites of the pasta so as not to offend the girl who made them, but they were after all made out of white flour, and the fresh fruit salad had whipped topping in it. So not a very healthy dinner.
