Cellercised for 20 minutes today. I did a full routine and it felt SOOOO Good!!!
Truth be told, I hate it while I am exercising, but I feel so good when I am done. It is worth all the pain and agony.

Mixed nuts
Lunch:
Taco salad
2 fresh pineapple spears
Snack
2 oranges
Dinner:
Salmon
Wild rice
Steamed asparagus
Sliced cucumbers
Watermelon
