Cellercised for 20 minutes. Full routine today, and extra jogging. I am definitely on the mend. Also, 1 hour of snow shoeing.
Pre breakfast:
Carrot/apple juice
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Carrot oatbran muffin
Lunch:
Roast beef
Mashed potatoes and gravy
Snack:
Carrot and celery stick, cauliflower, cucumber chips
Dinner:
Campbells chicken soup
Ritz crackers
1 apple
Snack:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt.
