Day 179 - Friday, Mar6

Cellercised for 20 minutes today. I must be getting better...I finished my routine and jumped for 5 more minutes. I only had one coughing attack last night and other than that I slept like a baby.

Pre breakfast:
1 cup Carrot/apple juice

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Carrot oatbran muffin

Snack:
1 nectarine
Mixed nuts

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Tortilla chips w/ homemade guacamole

Dinner:
Shrimp
Wheat crackers, summer sausage, cheese
Steamed cauliflower
1 orange
