Day 195 - Sunday, March 22

Bounced on cellerciser for 15 minutes while my cereal cooked.

Breakfast:
Oat groat cereal w/ Vanilla soymilk, agave and sliced bananas
Sliced strawberries w/ Vanilla soymilk and agave

For anyone who doesn't know, oat groat looks just like wheat, but it is the oat kernal before it has been milled and flattened into oatmeal. The cereal was yummy.

Lunch:
Taco salad
Nectarine

Snack:
1 orange

Dinner:
Refried bean, cheese, and spinach Quesadilla
Steamed cauliflower
2 slices watermelon
