My-oh-my, where have the days gone? This beautiful spring weather has just sucked me outdoors and I have been busy cleaning, pruning, raking, general yard cleanup. I come in exhausted every evening, but the back yard is starting to look good. Still lots to do, so that means lots more sore muscles, but I am loving it.
Cellercised for 20 minutes.
Pre breakfast:
Carrot, apple juice
Breakfast:
Green smoothies
1 slice whole wheat bread
Snack:
Handful of mixed nuts
Sliced kiwi
Lunch:
Taco salad
Sliced strawberries sweetened with agave
3:00 Snack:
1 orange
5:30 Snack
Bunch of grapes
1 healthy granola bar
8:00 Dinner:
Wild rice with diced veggies
Steamed corn (tastes like field corn - tough and tasteless)
Steamed broccoli
Snack:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt
Dinner is getting later and later now that it stays light longer, and Dennis is starting to run and doesn't want to eat until about an hour after he gets back from his run which if he leaves around 6:45, we don't eat until 8:00 or later. I don't think I will like this because eating that close to bedtime usually puts on the weight (which is the opposite of what I am trying to do here).
