Cellercised for 15 minutes. I did a real pared down version. I woke up this morning not really wanting to get out of bed, but really tired of just sitting around and doing nothing. I figured I would just do what I could and fake the rest. I have found that when I do work out on the cellerciser I have more energy during the day. I was able to go to work, go grocery shopping and then help make 2 large salads, put all the groceries away and now I am ready for bed and it is only 7:00pm.
Pre Breakfast:
Carrot/apple juice
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Carrot oatbran muffin
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Red Grapes
Multi grain crackers
Snack:
Nectarine
Dinner:
Leftover mashed potatoes from Sunday
1/2 Leftover sweet potato from Monday
Shrimp (had in the freezer)
Steamed broccoli
Dennis wasn't going to be home for dinner, so I cleaned out the fridge and ate what I could find that wasn't growing blue fuzz and/or sounded good to me. It is amazing how fridges seem to have this black hole that sucks up food and you don't even realize it is there until it looks like a science project.

Thanks for your comment. When we moved from Orem we ended up in San Luis Obispo, CA. We were there for 2 1/2 years and now we are in the Nashville area. As you can tell the boys are growing like mad. I see you've got some new grandbabies! That's so awesome! It's amazing how fast things change anymore!
