Pre Breakfast:
Carrot/apple juice
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
1 slice oatbran toast
Snack:
Mixed nuts
1 orange
Lunch:
Taco salad
2 fresh pineapple spears
Dinner:
Whole wheat, oatbran, flaxseed pancakes
Crunchy peanut butter
and homemade strawberry syrup
The syrup was just frozen strawberries with a bit of water boiled down and agave added to sweeten.
Snack:
1 orange
