Pre breakfast:
Carrot/apple juice
Breakfast:
Green smoothie (tasted like peach pie)
1 slice oatflour bread
Dennis does such a good job making the smoothies. They are varied and so delicious.
Lunch:
Peanut butter & honey on whole wheat bread
1 celery stalk
2 slices watermelon
Snack:
3 pieces almond crunch
Dinner:
Spicy South Western pasta
Large lettuce salad
Snack:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt
