Day 187 - Saturday, March 14

Where O Where did Friday go? Not really sure, but you pretty know my routine by now, so I will miss another day of food entry.

Celercised for 20 minutes. Oh it feels good to sweat! It gives me so much energy during the day. I love it!!!

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Carrot muffin

Post Breakfast:
Carrot/apple juice

Lunch:
Taco salad (I am really into this now and I have had it for 3 or 4 days in a row now. So yummy.
1 fresh pineapple spear

Snack:
Nectarine

Dinner:
Wheat roll sandwich
Fresh veggies
Fresh fruit

Snack:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt

I juiced oranges, grapefruit, carrot and apples this morning, then organized the healthy recipes I have been collecting, cleaned out and organized the cupboards in the hutch (boxed up a bunch of glass goblets and dessert dishes that have been collecting dust ever since we moved here) and then went to see the movie "Twilight". Later this evening we went to a wedding reception where they served the sandwich, veggie, and fruit. A pretty productive day.
