Cellercised for 20 minutes. Again I could only do half the routines, so I did more plain old jumping. It is astonishing how much the lungs affect the things we do.
Pre Breakfast:
Fresh Carrot-apple juice
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Carrot, squash, applesauce, oatbran muffin (the last one) I will have to make more muffins today.
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Tortilla chips w/ Mango salsa
Dinner:
Home made beef stew
2 slices wheat toast
