I'm back!!! Actually I haven't gone anywhere, I have just been very busy. It has been a joy spending time with Malinda and her two little ones. I have been exercising and eating healthy, but I am not going to try and catch up.

Green smoothie
Lunch:
Taco salad
Dinner:
Popcorn
Home made grape juice (no sugar added)
Blueberries and granola in yogurt
